1. Subscription Refunds

Matoi Technology LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us") provides refunds for PowerMaxing subscriptions under the following limited conditions:

Technical Errors

If you experience a significant technical error that prevents you from using our service, you may be eligible for a refund. Such errors must be:

  • Documented and reported to our support team promptly
  • Verified by our technical team as a platform issue (not a user-side or connectivity issue)
  • Not resolved within a reasonable timeframe by our team

For Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of verified technical errors as described above.

For Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except in cases of verified technical errors as described above.

2. Credits Purchase Refunds

Credits purchased individually (not as part of a subscription) are non-refundable once they have been applied to your account. If credits were purchased but not added to your account due to a technical error, you may request a refund by contacting our support team.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for a technical error, please contact our support team at support@powermaxxing.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Detailed description of the technical error experienced
  • Steps taken to resolve the issue
  • Transaction ID (if available)

We will review your refund request within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription period.

5. Service Interruptions

If our service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using the service, we may offer appropriate compensation in the form of additional credits or extended subscription periods at our discretion.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new refund policy.
